Terms and visitor policy for visiting Baba Nest

In-House Guest

  • In case of rain, Baba Nest will be closed automatically.
  • A minimum spending of THB1,500 net per person is applicable for in-house guests.
  • Any cancellation or no show will be charged 100% at THB1,500 net per person.
  • Reserved tables will be held for 15 minutes past the initial reservation time. Extension of this duration is possible with prior notice by contacting Sri panwa Team

Non-Hotel Guest

  • In case of rain, Baba Nest will be closed automatically.
  • A mandatory minimum spending of THB 3,000-3,500 net per person is required to confirm the reservation. This amount is non-refundable.
  • Reserved tables will be held for 15 minutes past the initial reservation time. Extension of this duration is possible with prior notice by contacting +66 7637 1008.
  • In the event of inclement weather, the minimum spending requirement can be transferred for utilization at Baba Poolclub & Baba Soul Food.
  • Bookings to be made no longer than 1 month in advance.
